Roles

Only one owner per workspace (workspace creator). Transfer ownership via Settings → Members → menu.

Inviting

The Members tab under Settings, with an Invite member button in the top right. Seven rows below it. First studio@infery.ai, carrying a you badge and a crown-marked Owner label, with no role or quota dropdown of its own. Then five members, each showing a Quota dropdown, a Role dropdown and a trash icon to remove them — Maya Lindqvist (maya@infery.ai), Quota None, Admin; Tomas Reyes (tomas@infery.ai), Quota Production, Developer; Priya Raman (priya@infery.ai), Quota None, Developer; Helen Okafor (helen@infery.ai), Quota None, Billing; and Ivo Bergmann (ivo@infery.ai), Quota None, Viewer. Last, on an amber clock icon rather than an initial, a pending invitation to noor@infery.ai beside an amber Invited badge, its second line reading Developer, Expires Sep 4 2026, by studio@infery.ai, with an X on the right to cancel it.

The members list: names, roles, each member's quota preset — and the invitation still waiting

An invitation sits in the list as its own row until it is accepted, carrying the role it will grant and the date it expires. Cancelling it is the X on that row.
A dialog headed Invite team member with a close X in the top right. An Email address field with placeholder text colleague@company.com. A Role section with four radio choices: Admin, described Full access, can manage members; Developer, selected and highlighted, described Can use API and the Studio; Billing, described Invoices, plans and payment methods; no API access; and Viewer, described Read-only dashboard, but can use the Studio (uses credits). Below the roles a Quota (optional) dropdown set to None, with the helper text Apply rate limits and usage quotas to this member. A full-width Send invitation button in blue at the bottom.

Inviting someone: the role decides what they can reach, the quota decides how much

The Quota dropdown on that dialog is the same preset list as Quotas and presets — you can cap someone at the moment you invite them rather than remembering to do it afterwards. Settings → MembersInvite → enter email + pick role. The invitee gets an email with a secure link to accept. It expires seven days after it is sent, and the row on the members list carries that date. Accepted invitations become active immediately.

Billing role

The Billing role combines financial access with basic product use:
  • Can view and change the plan, purchase topups, update payment methods
  • Can manage budget alerts and view usage
  • Can use Studio (own chats only)
  • Cannot manage API keys or Files
  • Cannot see other members’ chat content
Useful for finance / ops teammates who need to manage credits and also evaluate the product.

Developer role

Developers manage their own API keys. They can’t see or revoke keys owned by Admins or other Developers. Quotas set at the plan and member levels still apply.

Changing roles

Owner and Admins can change roles via the member row menu. Role changes take effect immediately (their current session refreshes).

Removing a member

Settings → Members → Remove. Removed members:
  • Lose access to the workspace immediately
  • Their API keys are revoked
  • Their chats remain (owned by the removed user for attribution) — Admins can fork or delete
